Prepare the Package
Place the jewelry in its original Les Néréides packaging and velvet pouch to ensure it is protected during transit, including all authenticity certificates.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items to confirm they are in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
