What are your shipping times and costs?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days within Europe and 7-10 business days for international destinations.
What is your return policy?
You may return any unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Are your jewelry pieces handmade?
Yes, every piece of Les Néréides jewelry is unique and handcrafted in our workshops. Our artisans use traditional techniques such as hand-enameling and hand-setting of stones.
Do you provide a warranty on your products?
All our jewelry comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear from improper care.
